The Program Eligibility Application Kit, or PEAK, is an eligibility assessment tool, now available online. This is a self-service, interactive website that allows:

  • Potential applicants the ability to check for possible eligibility for food assistance, cash assistance, and medical assistance through the “Am I Eligible” function, and
  • Existing clients to check the status of their benefits through the “Check My Benefits” function.

The site is in English and Spanish. This is an eligibility assessment tool: people must still apply for benefits.
